Our recent trip to New York City was nothing short of extraordinary and a big part of that was due to our incredible stay at The Knickerbocker Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The hotel's impeccable service began with a friendly doorman who whisked our luggage away and personally escorted us to the check in desk. The elegant check in area boasted plush chairs and a marble topped reception desk, creating a luxurious atmosphere. We wish we were immediately offered a glass of champagne while we sorted out the logistics of our stay. However, we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room with a view of 42nd Avenue. The bellman, with a wealth of knowledge about the room's amenities, made us feel right at home. The Knickerbocker's charm extended beyond its accommodations. The lounge, with its warm ambiance and friendly staff, became our go to spot for pre dinner drinks. Rocco and Charlotte, the attentive Manager and bartender, provided excellent recommendations and made us feel like regulars. While we enjoyed the hotel's comforts, we also ventured out to explore the city. Citi Bikes offered a fun and convenient way to get around and we stumbled upon some hidden gems during our rides. Dining experiences varied widely – from the exceptional Indian Accent to the disappointing service at STK. The Broadway show, "Chicago," was a highlight and the lively atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment. We also had a memorable, albeit unexpected, adventure exploring local tapas bars instead of our planned trip to take the Tram to Roosevelt island. Our stay at The Knickerbocker was truly exceptional. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. We can't wait to return and experience another unforgettable New York adventure. The hotel wad amazing the staff were wonderful they couldn't do enough for us. My granddaughter was getting married a d they provided a bottle of champagne and goodies in their room ad a surprise it was amazing. I'm am hoping to go back there next year. Fantastic hotel.
