Even thought it was a very busy NYC Saturday none of the staff acted like they were rushed. They were all very friendly and made each guest feel well cared for.
Hotel was clean and everyone was very helpful.
This hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
The elevators were not able to keep up with the number of people in the hotel. I waited over 13 minutes to get an elevator.
Management would not help us. They would just say they were Union and didn’t have to help us.
