The staff were really nice and met every need I had.
The staff (Maria and Benedict were my contacts) are incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel charming and perfectly located (I easily walked to and from Lincoln Center), the rooms are comfortable and homey and the restaurant (Allure) and on site coffee shop exceptional. Highly recommended with no reservations!

The staff was and is agreeable and helpful. That includes doormen and concierges and cleaning staff.
We've been to the Hotel Belleclaire a few times through the years. When traveling to the upper west side of Manhattan, we've discovered that one can't beat the location! It's a mere walk to everywhere and what we can't walk to we can get to easily with public transportation. The staff at Hotel Belleclaire goes out of their way to accommodate the needs of their clients. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We plan to return!
