Everything was great. Elevator, hot water, etc., all perfect.

My only complaint was the situation with the elevators. Otherwise the staff was very accommodating.
I appreciated the maps and city info available in lobby. Your first floor personnel were friendly and helpful.

Great location for theater but just away from the Times Square crowds. Very nice room with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, NON SLIPPERY large shower.
The ladies who cleaned my room were pleasant and did a very professional job. They didn’t forget a thing. Ann Mudry.
