After getting back from Europe too late and too tired to continue my trip home, I reached out to the DoubleTree by Hilton New York JFK Airport. Sure enough, they had a room, but more importantly, they treated me like I was their star guest. The staff was managing about 20 things when I arrived, but I was treated like I was the only one in the room. It's now my JFK hub!
We were in a crunch at the JFK airport, as I’m sure is a common situation for visitors. The booking process was simple, they handled the crowd the best they could and our room was nice and ready. There was some fruit infused water in the lobby which was nice to have (it did come out painfully slow, could have been clogged but was still a good thought). Our luggage was temporarily missing so it was nice that the front desk had some tooth brushes they could provide, complimentary. The little snack shop corner had a variety of snacks and ready meals which was nice and came in handy. The room itself was clean and had a nice view and I liked the coffee in the room. Very nice place to stay overall and having the air train and complimentary shuttle was immensely handy and helpful! Overall, would definitely stay again.

This hotel was just perfect for my overnight airport stay. It is very clean, convenient, has extremely comfortable beds/pillows/linens. The staff is friendly and efficient. Nicely decorated and appears brand new or newly renovated.
