I love staying at the Chelsea Renaissance hotel, as it's got a cool vibe and location is perfect for traveling all around the city. You're away from Times square, but centrally located to go down to the village or uptown to midtown or Central park. The two individuals at the hotel, Phoenix and Thomas (the front desk management team) are phenominal. They are truly customer service oriented and will assist you with all your needs and address all your questions. The vibe in the hotel is extremely positive and eclectic and the people that work there make your experience wonderful. I LOVE PHOENIX and THOMAS both as they have fantastic personalities. They will also help you navigate the city and provide good ideas on what's happening in the city while you're in the Big Apple. The hotel has a nice gym and a great breakfast and bar area too, so you'll love it. Additionally, Anita's Gelato is three blocks away and it's yummy. The Renaissance ROCKs, but the team at the front desk really makes it worth your while to stay there. BOOK it as you'll love it, like I do.
