It’s been a while since I’ve visited NYC. I am an extremely picky NICU physician who lives in a quiet, oceanside suburb of Boston, so traveling to NYC is always a challenge for someone like me. I don’t like noise, filth and congestion. I am thanking my lucky stars that I booked this hotel. Incredibly kind and very attentive staff who immediately accommodated my quirkiness! 😁Very modern and pristine clean lobby, cafe a my hotel room is truly fantastic! It’s smells so good and it’s incredibly clean! Wonderful bath separate for the glass enclosed shower that has rain and handheld shower heads with perfect water pressure. Molton Brown products in the bathroom that I have already ordered from Amazon! Make certain you book directly with the hotel itself. The hotel staff literally bent over backwards at the time of check in to accommodate my needs. Service is impeccable here. Had breakfast at the cafe this AM which was fresh and wonderful! ALL of the hotel staff are truly wonderful. The bottom line for hotel rooms in NYC is that you get what you pay for. Ran the 2024 NYC marathon last year and had an absolutely miserable stay at the Sheraton Times Square. The Concorde Hotel is absolutely lovely and worth every penny. Special thanks to the evening front desk staff and concierge. You all are truly wonderful and I can’t wait to return next year!
