Great Place!

Hotel check in is great. The property itself like the parking garage is kind of nasty in the stairwell.$30 to park. The décor and hallways and rooms need an update. Room was clean. The lotion was empty so I had to call down for them to put up a new one. But staff again was amazing, they had some local menus so we could order food.

Not a bad place, easy to get to, clean with a decent food on premises and not significantly over priced. Shuttle service is cool. Pool on site, sauna on site, small lil store and bar. Would stay again. Several flight crews stayed here so ya know its pretty good.

Very clean and the staff is curious and very helpful in making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Excellent hotel!

I stayed at the LaGuardia Plaza because of the close proximity to LGA and the shuttle service. Checked in after midnight and checked out at 7:30am. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. The shuttle service ran every 20 minutes and was in time. Again, the driver was helpful and friendly. They even remembered my wakeup call. Thank you for a lovely hotel experience. A perfect end to a wonderful trip.

We stayed here one night and due to flight cancellations had to stay an additional night. Overall, the hotel itself was decent, but my rating comes due to our experience with the customer service agent named Heylix. She was truly a delight and extremely helpful and at a time that was very frustrating. It’s only because of customer service like this that I am even interested in writing a review.

Asked for an early check in due to a flight cancellation. Room was booked at 4:51 am while at the airport. Arrived at the hotel at 6am. Was told to come back to the desk at 11am, to check room availability. The front desk agent said they had rooms ready for an early check in but would cost me $100.00. She stated if I waited until 12:00 pm the cost would be lowered to $50.00. Unfortunately I did pay the verbal early Check in fee due to being up over 24 hours. I still can not find the policy on the hotels website in regards to the early check in fee. This is the first time I have ever paid a fee to check in early. We decided to order room service. They did not have room service. We had to go down to the bar, scan a qr code to place the order, as well as tell the bar tender. Then wait for the order and take it back to the room ourselves. Finally the shuttle bus took one hour to show up to the hotel to take us back to the airport. A far cry from every 20 minutes as stated in the brochure they hand you upon check in. We found out the other shuttle bus broke down and there was only one driver.

Loved the staff, very friendly! My shuttle driver was awesome! Directed me exactly where to go. Beautiful hotel.
