The cool thing about Fairfield Inn & Suites New York Manhattan / Central Park is its convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from Central Park and the Manhattan Cruise Terminal.
The Hotel was fine, the Staff was Great. Housekeeping Dept. was terrible. Housekeeping shares the same elevator as the guest, which is terrible. A Separate Service Elevator is desperately needed. Housekeeping kept the elevators backed up and hard to get. There were never enough towels or wash clothes left for us and Coffee was not refreshed daily.
Staff was great. Room was great.
