Four nights at the Manhattan Club did not disappoint. The room was the best I’ve ever had in NYC and the Staff were magnificent. I will say the concierge service could stand some improvement. Dianna at the front desk was totally unbelievably in every way. The bell crew were better than top notch with Anthony leading the pack. The lounge on 26 was a surprise pleasure. I can’t imagine the Plaza being any better. And the entire hotel was absolutely immaculate. There is no question the Manhattan Club will have my business on any future trips.
